• Billing information: payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Usage data: product telemetry such as feature usage, session duration, and error logs to improve reliability and performance.
• Device information: operating system, app version, and hardware identifiers used for compatibility and support.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve AgentShare
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates)
• Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security threats
• Analyze aggregate usage to guide product development

Agent Data and Local Processing

Agents you create and run in the AgentShare desktop app execute locally on your computer. Your agent configurations, files, and outputs remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them. We do not access, collect, or store the contents of your locally-run agent sessions.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AgentShare:

• Clerk: authentication and user management
• Stripe: payment processing
• Supabase: database hosting
• PostHog: privacy-focused product analytics on our website. We do not use analytics cookies or session recording, and browsing analytics honors your browser's Do Not Track setting. Account milestones (such as creating an account or subscribing) are recorded server-side as business records.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention

We retain your account and billing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax and billing records).

Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-essential analytics
