Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AgentShare (operated by Takeoff AI, Inc.), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

AgentShare is an agent workspace that lets you create, share, and run AI agents on your computer. The service includes a web application, desktop application, and related tools and APIs.

Accounts

You must create an account to use AgentShare. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AgentShare for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Create or distribute agents designed to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

Your Content

You retain ownership of agents, configurations, and content you create using AgentShare. By sharing content through the platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to provide the service. Content that runs locally on your device remains entirely yours.

Service Availability

AgentShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, pose a security risk, or fail to pay. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takeoff AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Billing, Payments, and Refunds

AgentShare offers monthly and annual subscription plans, billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. Current pricing is shown on the Pricing page; all prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period expires.
• Refunds. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@agentshare.com. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry your payment method over the following days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled; we will notify you by email before any access changes occur.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing from time to time and will notify you at least 30 days before any increase, which applies from your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use of AgentShare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
